The NSW parliament has recently passed laws to change the standard trading hours for liquor licences, increasing trading times on Sundays from 10pm to 12 midnight.
However, if your current trading hours are less than midnight (including the standard 10pm closure) you will need to apply to increase your hours from 10pm to midnight.
You will need to make sure you have the necessary development consent (eg Council approval) to open beyond 10pm.
