Mr Liquor – Blacktown

Pyramid Liquor Licensing has been working closely with Mr Liquor over a number of years with stores opening in Ramsgate, Parramatta, Wetherill Park and a new temporary store in Cronulla.

We are delighted to announce that approval was recently given for their newest store on the ground floor in Westpoint Shopping Centre Blacktown.

Doors should be opening in the next few weeks!

The very first self-service bar open in Newtown!

Duncan and Jimmy came to us with a novel idea – A bar with self-pour technology!

It wasn’t without its challenges, as you can imagine.  The concepts of “self-service” and “responsible service” may seem a little difficult to reconcile, but working with NSW Liquor and Gaming, and leveraging off the boys’ ingenious technology, a sensible solution was reached and Buddy’s Bar was born!

Sydney Modern Art Gallery

Pyramid Liquor Licensing was thrilled to be able to assist with obtaining a new liquor licence for the impressive Sydney Modern Art Gallery.

This $344 million project has been described as the most significant cultural development in the city since the opening of the Sydney Opera House fifty years ago.

Hotel Marvell, Byron Bay

The Hotel Marvell is a five-star luxury hotel offering a unique and unforgettable experience, right in the heart of downtown Byron.

From its leafy outdoor area to the stunning rooftop pool, this hotel really doesn’t miss a single thing.

The team were amazing to work with and despite a few hurdles along the way, the result was outstanding!

Sydney International Speedway

It was a truly unqiue opportunuty to be part of this new grand-scale entertainment and motorsport facility.  Who doesn’t like to enjoy a cold one as you’re watching these 850hp beasts charge their way around the red clay track!
